Richard O'Connor (born 30 August 1978) is an English-born Anguillan football striker.

O'Connor was the only semi-professional player in the Anguilla national football team and has played as a trainee for Wimbledon between 1997 and 2000 and Leatherhead in England.[1]
He is Anguilla's all time top goalscorer with five goals up to October 2006.
